Chika is a chartered accountant and strategic programme management professional with extensive experience in financial governance, risk management, and organisational development. She holds an MBA from the University of Bradford, UK, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

She brings expertise in audit and risk analysis gained through roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Centrica (British Gas), where she developed deep insight into corporate governance and operational excellence. Currently serving as a programme management and business analysis specialist at the University of Leeds, Chika combines financial acumen with strategic planning capabilities to support complex organisational initiatives.

Her previous role as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Life Connections UK highlights her commitment to nonprofit leadership and governance. Chika’s expertise in financial stewardship, risk oversight, and analytical rigour strengthens GCRD’s organisational foundation and accountability as we continue advancing our mission.
